COLEMAN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of dismissal based on forum non conveniens, and the discretionary power of a trial judge to refuse to hear a petition for declaratory judgment.

Continental Oil Company filed suit for declaratory judgment against Olin Corporation and P.P.G. Industries, Inc. in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, seeking relief from contractual obligations to deliver natural gas.
