This is an original proceeding in prohibition filed here by the members of the Unemployment Compensation Commission as relators, whereby they seek to prohibit the respondent judge of the Jackson county circuit court from entertaining jurisdiction of a “Motion to Quash Execution and Strike Transcript from Record”, which was filed in said court by Thomas Manzella under Sec. 1387.
