Since 2006, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (the "ATF") has engaged in sting operations wherein undercover agents present individuals in this District with an opportunity to rob a fictitious drug stash house. See generally United States v. Mayfield , 771 F.3d 417, 419-24 (7th Cir. 2014) ; United States v. Lewis , 641 F.3d 773, 777 (7th Cir. 2011).
