This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the trial court refusing injunctive relief to appellant, M. F. Landwer, who owned a tract of land situated near the City of Lubbock in Lubbock County, consisting of about 18 acres located in Yellow House Canyon, bordering along the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River, and the same being adjacent to a 12-acre tract of land owned by appellee, Clayson Fuller.
