*33 Plaintiff/counterdefendant, Daystar Seller Financing, LLC (Daystar), appeals by right an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant/counterplaintiff/third-party plaintiff, Patrick Hundley, pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(4) for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
