The Secretary of Labor appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., Judge) ordering defendants Davis Acoustical Corporation, Davis Specialties Corporation, Tyler Construction Company, and Burton Fisher to pay back wages, prejudgment interest, and costs exclusive of attorney’s fees as a result of their contempt of a consent judgment and order issued pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
