Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered August 2, 1991, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of rape in the first degree.
Defendant contends that his conviction was against the weight of the evidence, that the prosecutor’s summation deprived him of a fair trial and that the sentence imposed, an indeterminate prison term of 12 Vi to 25 years, was unduly harsh and excessive.
