INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff, Stephanie Mitchell, brought this action against her former employer, New England Home for Little Wanderers (Home), and individual employees, Alan Berns, Spencer Moore, and Peter Woodbury, claiming damages for sex discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and tortious interference with employment relations.
