Guinn against the Sumpter Valley Railway Co., a corporation, David Eccles and Grant Geddes, for the cancellation of two deeds to certain lots. From a decree in favor of defendants, plaintiff appeals. It should be stated that this complaint does not allege that the conveyances in question were executed for the purpose of compounding a felony. Neither does it allege any felony to have been committed by Louis A. Guinn, but on the other hand avers that he was unjustly accused. Neither of the officers of the company made any statement to Mrs. Guinn as to the circumstances. Her information was obtained from her husband.
