Plaintiff Johnnie Edwards (“Edwards”) brings this lawsuit against Defendants Galveston-Texas City Pilots (“the Pilots”) and Galtex Pilots Service Corporation (“Gal-tex”) (collectively “Defendants”), alleging that they discriminated against him by not selecting him as a maritime deputy pilot on two separate occasions.
