HITZ, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from an order in equity of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia dismissing a bill praying injunc-tive relief and a review of an award of the United States Employees’ Cpmpensation Commission.

Appellant companies are insurer and insured, and the appellees are the Deputy Commissioner who made the award, and the claimant, who were defendants below.
