This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a summary judgment for the defendants in an action seeking judicial review of an order of the deputy commissioner for the second compensation district which awarded compensation under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq., to the claimant, Harry Rick.
