WESTERFIELD, Judge.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy B. Crews brought this suit against the Levitan Smart Shops, Inc., Mrs. Crews’ employer, and National Casualty Company, its insurer, claiming $12,000 as damages for physical injuries and expenses in connection therewith. Mrs. Crews was injured while riding in an automobile belonging to her employer and, at the time of the accident, driven by a fellow employee for whose alleged negligence her employer is charged with responsibility.
