An award of compensation has been made and affirmed in this proceeding on the ground that plaintiff’s husband was killed as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by the appellant Paine Drug Company, while said employer was engaged in the hazarous business of manufacturing drugs and chemicals as defined in group 28 of section 2 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law. -The only evidence concerning the business in which the employer was engaged is found in its first notice of injury wherein, in answer to the question, “ Business, goods produced, work done or…
