This appeal brings up for review the action of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City in decreeing that the bill of complaint of the appellant be dismissed, with costs to the appellees.
The principal object of the bill was to have the Court declare null and void and of no effect an antenuptial agreement entered into by the appellant and her deceased husband, Joseph Levy.
