This is an appeal from the final judgment of the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, on a demurrer to the plaintiff’s petition which is as follows,:

“Plaintiff states that it is a corporation duly organized under the laws of the state of Missouri, and is engaged in the manufacture of shoes in the city of St. Louis, Missouri, at Twenty-first and Locust streets, in said city, at which place its factory for the purpose of its said manufacturing business is located; and *216plaintiff says that it has in its employ in said manufacturing business in its factory as aforesaid, between eight and nine…
