MOORE, Justice:

Samuel T. Bright, appeals his convictions for three counts of Rape in the First Degree and two counts of Attempted Rape in the First Degree. These, and other charges, arose out of a continuous series of events that occurred on February 26, 1983. The defendant robbed a convenience store in Delaware, kidnapped the store clerk, and apparently drove back and forth over the Delaware-Maryland border, raping his victim at two different locations before she was able to escape in Delaware. In appealing the rape convictions, Bright first contends that Delaware did not have jurisdiction…
