RE: MOTION FOR ADDITUR

plaintiff instituted the present action to recover damages for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident occurring on February 15, 1996. As a result of the accident the plaintiff claimed to have sustained permanent injuries to her neck and back thereby incurring medical bills and produced evidence that she would incur bills for future medical treatment.
