From the evening of January 29,2007, to the morning of Januaiy 30, 2007, three men engaged in a course of conduct that would take them across two Kansas towns and into the homes of several people, ultimately resulting in one death and multiple charges of kidnapping, assault, batteiy, and murder. One of those men, Samuel Becker, stood trial and takes the current appeal.
