INTRODUCTION

This action was instituted by Plaintiff J. Douglas Lechleiter (“Plaintiff’), against Clairol, Incorporated n/k/a P & G-Clairol, Inc. (“Clairol”) and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (“BMS” or, collectively, the “Defendants”) in the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut, Judicial District of Fairfield at Bridgeport (“Lechleiter II”).
