A widow, appellant Janet W. Phelps, here challenges the determination by a trial judge (Mayfield, J.), who heard the case without a jury, that her husband had the requisite testamentary capacity to execute a valid will. After disposing of a stamp collection, a coin collection, musical instruments, and music compositions, and bequeathing $10,000 to a hospital and $20,000 to his secretary, the testator, Charles A.
