This protracted litigation involving the validity of the last will and testament of the late George R. Berry is before us for the third time. The first appeal is reported in 93 Md. 240, and the second in the same volumep.yóo. The pending appeal was taken by the plaintiffs, who are the caveators, the others were brought here by the defendant, the executor. The present record contains thirty-four bills of exception.
