Daniels v. Dean

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County. The District Court awarded Kelly Daniels (Daniels), $45,765.65 in compensatory and punitive damages and attorney fees for defendants’ breach of Daniels’ commercial lease; for mahcious and intentional defamation of Daniels; and for tortious and intentional interference with Daniels’ commercial lease. Judgment was entered jointly and severally against all defendants. Defendant John Dean (Dean) filed an appeal which was dismissed upon his own motion.
