Cherry, J.:

Monica Ann Farrar and Alexander Falconi share joint legal and physical custody of their minor child. Farrar properly obtained, based on evidence of domestic violence, a fictitious address from the Secretary of State, who cannot disclose Farrar’s true address without a court order. The question we must decide is whether Fal-coni may seek the disclosure of Farrar’s home address.
