The defendants, Dean S. Cambio and Better Carrier Corporation (collectively defendants), appeal from a Superior Court judgment finding the defendants in contempt of a consent order and imposing upon them attorney’s fees and expenses. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on February 2, 2009, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
