This is an appeal from a judgment decreeing that six lots on Orange Street in the city of Redlands were the property of Walter D. McConkey (also known as W. D. McConkey, W. McConkey and Walter J. McConkey) at the time of bis death and are part of his estate; that deeds *556purporting to convey those lots to Norman McConkey (Walter Norman McConkey) were void; requiring Norman McConkey to account to the' estate for the rents, issues and profits of the property.
