DECISION AND ORDER

RANDA, District Judge.

This patent infringement case comes before the Court for decision after a three-week court trial. The Court has carefully considered all of the trial testimony and exhibits, the entire pretrial record, the parties’ post-trial findings of fact and conclusions of law and the parties’ post-trial briefing. Based on this review, the Court finds the patent claims-in-suit invalid.
