This cause came to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County.

Appellant, Gladys L. Monjar, appeals the denial of her application for workers’ compensation benefits by ap-pellee Industrial Commission of Ohio. Monjar was employed by appellee Red Carpet Janitorial Services (“Red Carpet”), which was amenable to the workers’ compensation insurance system.
