The Surrogate.
The decedent died in the City of New York, on the 31st day of October, 1856. On the 28th day of the preceding April, the will now presented for probate was executed by him at his residence in this city. The instrument devises and bequeaths all his property real and personal to Mrs. Margaret Gombault and Mrs. Sarah Monfort, two widow ladies with whom he had been residing for a number of years.
