Richard B. Panther appeals from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Mr. Good-Rents, Inc. The sole issue presented on appeal is whether the trial court erred in sustaining Good-Rents’ motion for summary judgment upon the court’s finding that the employment contract, which failed to specify the duration of employment, was terminable at will.
