GODFREY, Justice.

The issues presented by this case come before this Court from two directions. Central Maine Power Company (“CMP”) appeals from a Superior Court dismissal of its complaint, made under Rule 80B of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure, seeking review of certain orders of the Public Utilities Commission. The Superior Court held that it lacked jurisdiction over the subject matter because the legislature had vested such jurisdiction exclusively in the Supreme Judicial Court. Pursuant to 35 M.R.S.A. § 305, CMP also seeks direct review by complaint in the Law Court of Commission orders…
