Appellant George Deshawn Woods pleaded guilty to a charge of Evading Arrest or Detention under Texas Penal Code, Section 38.04. Appellant then filed an appeal with the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in Corpus Christi pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(b)(3). 1 Appellant appealed the ruling of the trial court which denied his motion to suppress evidence.
