MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
In his second amended complaint, relator-plaintiff, Dimitri Yannacopolous (“relator”), a former General Dynamics employee, alleges that defendants General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin Corporation (“GD” and “Lockheed”) violated the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3729 (“FCA”) by submitting false claims in connection with F-16 fighter aircraft sales to Greece.
