The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) petitioned this Court for an adjudication of civil contempt against Trailways (the Company) for violating an extant order of this Court 1 which prohibited the Company from, inter alia, “[discharging or otherwise discriminating against employees because of their interest in or activity on behalf of the Union” in violation of § 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act) and from “[i]n any other manner interfering with, restraining, or coercing employees in the exercise of the rights guaranteed them by Section 7 of…
