Four teachers appeal the trial court’s summary judgment dismissal of their claims that their school district engaged in gender-based discrimination in their working conditions and job transfers. They also contend that the trial court erred in excluding Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) determinations as hear*867say.
