Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edith Miller, J.), rendered January 31, 1985, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 3 Vi to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
