Robert Pineyro appeals from an order entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John F. Keenan, ./.), dated August 9, 1995, recommending that the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) deny Pineyro’s request to credit his federal sentence with the time he previously served in Massachusetts on an unrelated state offense.
