Plaintiff Sean Adams brings the above-captioned action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants City of New York and Undercover Officer # C0098 (the “Undercover Officer”) for false arrest, malicious prosecution and denial of a fair trial. Plaintiff alleges that the Undercover Officer falsely accused Plaintiff, then a juror on a grand jury panel, of threatening him when the Undercover Officer was *312about to testify before the grand jury.
