TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted defendant-appellant José Reyes (“Reyes”) of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and of conspiracy to commit the same offence. The district court sentenced him to concurrent sentences of 210 months in prison and six years of supervised release. Reyes appeals, claiming that the district court erred in denying his counsel’s motion to with draw and challenging the sufficiency of the evidence on the conspiracy charge. Reyes also claims he was ineffectively assisted by counsel.
