Petitioner, formerly the manager of the Associated Students Book Store at California State University, Chico, appeals from an order sustaining, without leave to amend, the demurrers of all respondents to his petition seeking review under Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.5 of the administrative decision dismissing him from said position. 1 , 2
