I,At a bench trial, Michael E. Jackson was convicted of internet stalking of a child and was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, followed by three years’ suspended imposition of sentence. Jackson challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction, claiming that the State failed to show that he believed that he was chatting online with a fourteen-year-old girl.
