| Appellant Tracy Shannon Todd appeals his conviction for internet stalking of a child, entered after a jury trial in Crawford County Circuit Court. Appellant was arrested following a series of online chats between Van Burén Police Lieutenant Steve Weaver, representing himself as a fifteen-year-old female named Stacy Miller, and a person who represented himself as a forty-five-year-old male named Tracy Todd.
