OPINION

CLAY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Steven Clark appeals his conviction and sentence on two counts of knowingly, intentionally and without authority distributing cocaine base (crack), a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He argues that the district court erred when it (1) refused to authorize the expenditure of funds for a clinical psychologist to assist in the guilt and sentencing phases of his trial; (2) refused to compel the government .to produce a copy of notes prepared by an FBI Agent who had interrogated Defendant after his arrest; (3) refused to…
