RONALD LEE GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Willard Howard was found guilty by a jury on one count of conspiring to possess and distribute at least five kilograms of cocaine and on one count of attempting to possess and distribute the drug. The district court sentenced Howard to life imprisonment.
