OPINION
SEERDEN, Chief Justice.
This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s appointment of a receiver to complete the sale of a certain tract of real property being administered within the estate of Ethel Arnetta Herring. 1 The decedent’s husband and co-owner of the property, Lemuel O. Herring, complains by four issues on appeal that the estate failed to post the required bond, that there were no pleadings or evidence to support the appointment of a receiver, and that the trial court should have abated appointment of a receiver pending trial of related matters.
