By order dated October 19, 2005, a majority of the en banc court granted the Appellants’ motion for rehearing en banc and ordered an en banc review of the panel’s opinion and judgment. The en banc court has reviewed and considered Appellants’ motion, appellee’s response to the motion filed on November 18, 2005, and Appellants’ reply filed on December 19, 2005.
