ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
LARSEN, United States Magistrate Judge.
Before the court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiff has failed to establish a prima facie case in that she has not provided sufficient evidence supporting a causal relationship between the alleged fall and her alleged damages.
