Plaintiff Annie Lam (“Lam”) brings this putative class action against Defendant General Mills, Inc. (“General Mills”) for allegedly misleading consumers about the nutritional qualities of its fruit snacks, specifically Fruit Roll-Ups, Fruit by the Foot, and other, unidentified “similar products.” ECF No. 27 (“FAC”) ¶44.
