Introduction

Martha Scott (“plaintiff’ or “Scott”) brings this action against the Town of Monroe and the Town of Easton (“defendants”) for changing the border separating the two towns such that plaintiffs property became a part of Monroe, despite the fact that the plaintiff has paid taxes and voted in Easton since she became the owner of the property in 1962.
