Plaintiffs Anthem Sports, LLC ("Anthem"), and Griffin Global Products, LLC, bring this suit against Under the Weather, LLC ("UTW"), and Eric Pescovitz, its principal, for various intellectual property and other claims arising from the marketing and sale of "sportspods," i.e., small tents for viewing outdoor sporting events during inclement weather.
